no other way to end a great routine with a banner shouting "all hail the mighty tigers" out loud.
sa totoo lang, together with other plurkmates, todo goosebumps at tumigil ang puso ko sa last part ng routine ng UST, it was really great. habang winawagayway ang yellow with red cloth/flags, can't help but smile and see what i really think is the main reason kung bakit un ang kulay na pinili nila.
it is a known fact, at sinabi din sa event na un na malapit na mag 400 years anniversary ang UST. and a lot of preparations have been done and is currently in progress, and one of them is the Quadricentennial logo/emblem. to have a short description of the logo, just see the main building of UST with a smoke coming out of it from the tower that spells out UST. ow, and make the colors yellow, orange and black.
that was what i saw, un ang nakita ko habang winawagayway ng SDT ung mga flags, un ang nakita ko sa last part ng routine ng UST. un ang nakita ko, that is why, my heart stopped. indi lang sya magandang step, indi lang sya maganda tingnan, d lang maganda ung execution, but it had meaning, meaning na pumukaw sa aking inner thomasian. pumukaw sa aking pagkatomasino. and maybe, just maybe, ito rin ang nakita ng aking mga fellow thomasian. i never confirmed it, pero based sa mga comments and reactions na narinig ko mula sa kanila, nararamdaman ko na ganun na nga.
we saw something beyond the flashy colors and the o so great circular wall. the minute i saw the yellow, orange and red flags, iba na talaga ang nakikita ko. and it really felt great.
and just like any other alumni or still student on their own alma maters. your school is still the best.
as for me.
All Hail the Mighty Tigers.
Go USTe (still wish there is a go uste emoticon..... hayyyzz)
