akala ko, i do this best.....
but now, i realized, na other people deal it better.......
now, I admire her. grace under pressure, when a lot of people are depending on you, with pressure from subordinates and superiors come at all sides. that's pressure, and the way she handles it, that is what i call grace.
Her calmness keeps her subordinates in line, relaxed and focused. they can still work efficiently even though the current situation say panic all over the place.
Her calmness secures the anxiety of her superiors, it maybe unsound but the pressure her superior feels are somewhat relieved by the way she handles problems. the way she accepts them, and deals with them.
in short, if she handles pressure any less than how she handles it now, things will be alot chaotic than now.

Japan Japan........ pinupuyat mo ako.......
Ohayou...... ang sambit ng mga singkit na mga hapon dito sa Japan.
for those of you who do not know, currently akong andito sa Japan. so a little flashback....
September 29, 2009, early morning i was on my way to Cebu for an emergency project.
October 1, 2009, our boss informed us that we might go to Japan.
October 2, 2009, I went to Japan embassy to apply for a Visa.
October 5, 2009, around 5 p.m. I got my Visa.
October 5, 2009, 6 p.m. I was on my way to Mactan Airport
October 5, 2009, 11 p.m. I was home in Taguig. packing up my stuff.
October 6, 2009, 12 n.n. I was in the taxi, on my way to NAIA.
October 6, 2009, 3:30 p.m. 1 hr delayed ung flight namin to Japan.
October 6, 2009, 11:30 p.m. reached our hotel in Azubu-juban. Olympic Inn.
and then, our work began.....
October 7, 2009, 12:30 a.m. we logged in and incurred OT.
October 7, 2009, 5:00 a.m. we reached our hotel and got our first (3hr) sleep in Japan.....
and the rest is the same old story of OT and stress........
sana magkaroon kami ng weekend.
san magkaroon kami ng time para makagala man lang.
sana naman di na ako mapasok sa project na puro OT. paguwi ko mula dito sa Japan quota na ako ng OT until 2010.
